Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Grant Programs

Sidney ISD will be applying for the federally funded ARP ESSER III Grant (American Rescue Plan - Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) from the federal government via the Texas Education Agency. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted student learning. In response, the American Rescue Plan (ARP) was signed into law by President Biden and it included $122 billion for Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds for school districts across the country. The ARP is also referred to as ARP ESSER III or ESSER III. SISD needs feedback from the community. This survey provides an opportunity for our stakeholders to contribute their thoughts and provide CISD with valuable input for what could be the best use of these funds.
