Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) Grant Programs

Because Sidney ISD receives funds from ARP ESSER III Grant (American Rescue Plan - Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) from the federal government via the Texas Education Agency, SISD needs feedback from the community. This survey provides an opportunity for our stakeholders to contribute their thoughts and provide SISD with valuable input for what could be the best use of these funds. The district will take the survey results into consideration when planning for Return to In-Person Instruction & Continuity of Services Plan. The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted student learning. In response, the American Rescue Plan (ARP) was signed into law by President Biden and it included $122 billion for Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds for school districts across the country. The ARP is also referred to as ARP ESSER III or ESSER III.
