SISD Mental Health and Wellness Resources 

Parents and students in need of assistance with physical and mental health concerns may contact
the following campus and community resources:

As we strive to ensure that all students have a safe and healthy learning environment, this is an invitation for parents/guardians to participate in Sidney ISD’s Mental Health Needs Assessment. This survey includes questions about your child’s learning, school safety,
and your perception of the school environment.
The SISD Climate Survey for parents, staff, and students (grades 3-12) measures the perceptions of school climate across a number of areas. This survey is a voluntary opportunity to provide SISD's Behavioral and Mental Health Team with results to be used for planning, goal setting, and decision-making.
